Spend a morning with our volunteers packing and delivering essential food and medicine parcels to vulnerable households across Lilongwe.
Join us for our quarterly food and medicine drive. Working with community leaders, we have identified households — many of them elderly carers, child-headed families and people living with chronic illness — who will benefit most from a delivery of essentials.
The morning begins at 8:00 with a short briefing, followed by sorting and packing parcels. From 10:00, teams head out to deliver them directly to families' homes.
No experience is needed — just comfortable shoes, a willingness to help, and a friendly face. Refreshments will be provided for all volunteers.
Can't join on the day? Donations of maize flour, beans, cooking oil, soap and basic medical supplies are gratefully received in the week before the drive. Contact us to arrange a drop-off.
